Website repair you only pay for when it works.

Fixed prices. A US-based team. Your card is held, not charged, until you approve the fix. You pay only for a fix that works.

  • Our own US-based team. No outsourcing.
  • Held, not charged, until you approve
  • Same problem back? Fixed again free

How a job runs: your card is held, you grant access, we fix the site, you see it working and approve, and only then is the card charged.

Held

Stripe authorizes the price on your card. Nothing is charged, and we never hold your money ourselves.

Fixed

We start within 2 hours of access during our hours, and every change is logged on your job page.

Approved

You read the report, check the site and approve. Only then is the card charged.

Fixed prices

Any website, any stack. WordPress and WooCommerce, Laravel and other PHP apps, Node and React sites, static sites and custom code, on any host. Hosted platforms such as Shopify or Squarespace for theme, app, email and DNS problems. Every job is done by our own US-based team. We never hand your access to a contractor or a marketplace.

Why not just hire a freelancer?

For a new site or ongoing work, a freelance marketplace is often the better choice. For something broken right now, this is what changes.

When you pay
FixGuru: Held on your card, charged only after you approve the fix. Not fixed? You pay nothing.
Marketplace: Paid up front to the platform; refunds go through a dispute.
What "done" means
FixGuru: A written definition of fixed for every job, before you pay.
Marketplace: Whatever the listing or the chat said.
How fast
FixGuru: Pick the fix and start. We begin within 2 hours of access.
Marketplace: Post a job, compare offers, wait for availability.
Who does the work
FixGuru: Our own US-based team. No outsourcing.
Marketplace: An individual or agency anywhere, chosen from profiles.
Your passwords
FixGuru: Encrypted vault wiped after the job, every sign-in logged.
Marketplace: Usually sent in chat, and they stay there.
If it breaks again
FixGuru: Reopen free within 14 or 30 days.
Marketplace: A new order.
