Our US-based team answers 7am to 10pm Pacific, every day. Texts are the fastest way to reach us about a site that is down, hacked or slow.
What happens when you text
- The first reply to a new number is automated and says so. It can tell you the status of your job if you include the job number, our prices, our hours, and how the card hold works.
- A person on our team reads every text and replies during our hours. Outside them, you get a reply when we open.
- If you call, you hear a short message and can leave a voicemail. We do not take support by phone; we work in writing so there is a record for you.
Please never text us a password
Passwords, keys and card numbers go in the vault on your job page, which is encrypted and wiped after the job. Texts are not. We never ask for them over text, and we will not read one out to you.
